Our service packages are all-inclusive - so the price you see upon booking is the price you see on your bill, period. All add-ons are truly optional, separate services that you do not need for the colour you booked for, like scalp treatments and extension installs.
Q: What happens when I book?
Whether you fill in a Booking Help Form or book directly online, Em or Jordi will personally correspond via email to make sure you have the right service selected and ease any pre-visit concerns.

Q: How often do I come back in?
Less often than you think!
Wefts (aka sew-in, beaded wefts, IBE, invisible beaded rows), tapes, and i-tips (aka links, nanos, individual beads, flat-tips) are maintained every 6-8 weeks.
Tapes are maintained every 4-6 weeks.
K-tips (aka keratin tips, bonds, microbonds) can last up to 4 months.
Q: Is my hair too thin/too short/ too damaged for extensions?
If you have even 6 strands of hair on your beautiful head, we promise there is an extension solution that will look gorgeous and be safe.
Scratch that - we actually have gorgeous install methods for zero-hair angels, too.
Q: Are they a lot of work at home?
Nope! There will be some minor routine tweaks, like making sure you throw it in a quick braid or ponytail before bed, but you'll soon forget you have them at all.
